Open the Web PlayerIs the web player free?
Yes. The 4K IPTV Web Player is included with every subscription at no extra cost. You only need an active plan: sign in with the login from your welcome email.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Open player.4kiptv.net in your browser and sign in. On a phone or tablet, add it to your home screen to open it like an app.
Which devices and browsers does it work on?
Up-to-date Chrome, Edge, Safari and Firefox on Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, iPhone and iPad, and TV browsers. The player adapts to touch, mouse, keyboard and TV remotes.
Does the web player count as one of my devices?
Yes. Each stream you play counts as one connection on your plan, in the browser as in any app. On a 1-device plan, stop playback on your other device first: right after switching, the server can take up to a minute to free the connection.
Why does a channel or movie play without sound, or not at all?
Browsers can’t play every format. A few channels (often marked RAW) broadcast Dolby audio, which Chrome and Firefox can’t decode, and some movies are MKV files, which Safari can’t open. Use Microsoft Edge or Safari for those channels, Chrome or Edge for those movies, or an app such as TiviMate or VLC.
Is my login safe in the web player?
The web player runs over a secure HTTPS connection and keeps your login in your browser, on your device. On a shared computer, sign out when you’re done.
