Subscriber Agreement

This Subscriber Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the IPTV services provided by 4KIPTV.NET (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By subscribing to our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Subscription & Account

• You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during sign-up.
• Your subscription is for personal use only and cannot be shared or resold.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

2. Service Availability

• IPTV services rely on third-party servers and may experience downtime or interruptions.
• We do not guarantee 100% uptime or the availability of all channels.
• Some content may be subject to regional restrictions.

3. Subscription Plans & Payments

• All subscription fees must be paid in advance before service activation.

• Subscription plans do not renew automatically unless stated otherwise.

3.1. Refund Policy

• Refunds are only issued if the service is completely non-functional for at least 7 consecutive days.

• Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in account termination.

4. Prohibited Activities

By using our services, you agree NOT to:

5. Intellectual Property

• 4KIPTV.NET does not own the content provided but acts as a service provider.
• Users are responsible for ensuring IPTV usage complies with local laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Service interruptions, buffering, or technical issues.
• Legal consequences of IPTV usage in your country.
• Loss of data, revenue, or other damages.

7. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate this agreement.

8. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this agreement at any time. Continued use of our service means you accept the latest terms.
